I was dealing with a firm which has asked me to give them $25,000 and an equity stake in my idea instead of charging me $100,000 for its development. They believe the idea has legs. However, Id like to put in as much sweat equity as possible on my own to drive down the overall cost of development. How do I go about making a prototype? Any programs you would recommend for developing a complex website?
